About Gerard

I began to read the cards about forty years ago, when I was in college. Like many of us, I started reading for friends, people at parties and family.

After I graduated I kept up reading, and studying the Cards, practice, theory and the wider spiritual context, while working in community services. 

Around the turn of the Millennium, I took a longish journey overseas, visiting old places and following old paths.

On my return, I started reading cards online. This was rewarding and useful work, and hearing my customers satisfied was very pleasing. 

After a while, I drifted back to mundane work, back in the area I trained in, on a crisis line and offering support to people in distress in other settings, while keeping up my study and personal development in the Work.

My mundane job was satisfying also, but exhausting over the years.

A year ago,  my partner had an opportunity to take up a position in a large regional town, and I was around retirement age from my job, so we made the move.

And in retirement from my mundane roles, I choose to continue to try to help out a little, using my other skillset to assist with face to face Tarot readings.

Yep, wonderful timing! So now I'm back to starting up an online practice, in this new age of separation, but looking forward to meeting and sharing with you!
